This assay profiles a patient’s tumor genotype to detect genetic alterations in key regions of well curated 523 tumor genes that include small nucleotide variants (SNVs), copy number variants(CNVs), indels, splice variants, fusions and emerging immunotherapy biomarkers such as microsatellite instability (MSI) and tumor mutational burden (TMB).
