CNSeqHD is a higher resolution Ngs based chromosomal analysis technique to detect Aneuploidies of all chromosomes and Copy Number Variations (deletions and duplications) ~50kb, enabling a more comprehensive grasp of structural variations in the genome with unbiased CNV calling across the genome.
