The Somatic Advantage 74 Reflex is a dual-approach molecular profiling strategy. It begins with the analysis of mutations in 74 genes using DNA sequencing and fusions in 14 genes using RNA sequencing from a tissue biopsy. If tissue analysis is inconclusive, inadequate, or unavailable, the test automatically reflexes to a liquid biopsy, ensuring comprehensive results without requiring a separate request.
