Our biobank securely stores thousands of ethically consented samples under controlled conditions, enabling long-term research and clinical breakthroughs.

The Illumina NextSeq 550 System is an integrated sequencing and genotyping platform. It offers tunable output with its two flow cell configurations and it utilizes Illumina’s DRAGEN secondary analysis for fast and accurate data processing.

PromethION 2 Solo

The PromethION 2 Solo (P2 Solo) is a compact, benchtop nanopore sequencer that allows for two independent Oxford Nanopore Technologies PromethION flow cells to be run either concurrently or separately. It requires external compute (e.g., a GridION device) for real-time basecalling and data analysis.
