Objective:
Model response of liver to drug candidates.
Strand’s Solution:
Hepatotoxicity is a complex outcome of drug-patient-physiology. To mimic this event, we built a comprehensive model of liver homeostasis. We treated toxicity as a case of drug-induced perturbations.
Validation studies for the same are underway.
