The Research Informatics Center of Excellence (CoE) specializes in delivering innovative IT solutions that utilize cross-functional expertise in software development and scientific research. The Research Informatics CoE comprises of a dedicated team of highly motivated software professionals who are cross-trained in Informatics, IT and Science. The team has experience in executing global software projects in reputed life science organizations. The Research Informatics CoE combines fundamental algorithmic research activity with practical applications in programming, web development and data integration for discovery research and development.
The CoE has developed best-in-class solutions for Chemistry and Biology using the above competencies. The following two technologies developed by Research Informatics CoE - AVADIS® and Grammatica have been used to power Strand’s Bioinformatics and Cheminformatics solutions.
